2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pakgme Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting customer support.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pakgme with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
2.4 pakgme reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file with their Account.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the governing language version. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Eligibility. To open a pakgme Account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity; (c) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process; and (d) not be on any self-exclusion register or have had a pakgme Account previously closed for breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) active pakgme Account. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same address, same payment method, same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances therein, subject to the return of verifiable deposits at pakgme's sole discretion.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. pakgme shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Material inaccuracies in registration data may constitute grounds for Account suspension pending investigation.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or One-Time Password (OTP) with any third party. pakgme will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to pakgme customer support immediately.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pakgme Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules and any outstanding verified balance will be returned via your registered payment method.
21+ Strict Enforcement: pakgme operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, all associated winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
4.1 By registering a pakgme Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. This representation forms a material basis of pakgme's agreement to provide services to you.
4.2 pakgme reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — not only at the point of withdrawal. Requested documentation includes, but is not limited to: a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides — and a clear, recent selfie photograph.
4.3 Withdrawal of funds from a pakgme Account is suspended until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC verification typically completes within 24 business hours of receipt of complete documentation. pakgme may request additional supporting documents where the provided documentation is unclear, expired, or inconsistent with Account registration data.
4.4 pakgme may also conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks in connection with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Players subject to EDD may be required to provide proof of source of funds in addition to standard identity documentation. Failure to cooperate with EDD requests will result in Account restriction.
4.5 All submitted KYC documents are handled in accordance with the pakgme Privacy Policy and the data protection obligations imposed by our licensing jurisdiction.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. pakgme accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at its sole discretion.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified Accounts submitting withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed on a same-day basis during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one business day of approval. Processing times are subject to the operational hours and technical conditions of the relevant payment provider.
5.6 Withdrawal Fees. pakgme does not impose withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. Any fees applied by the receiving payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.
5.7 Bonus Fund Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempts to withdraw prior to wagering completion will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
5.8 Currency. All transactions on the pakgme Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by pakgme on domestic payment methods.

6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal. 6.3 Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly permit stacking. Claiming a new promotion while a prior bonus remains active will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

Such conduct will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 General. 7.6 Disconnection Policy. 9.1 All content on the pakgme Platform — including but not limited to the pakgme brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, data, and software — is the intellectual property of pakgme or its duly licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakgme Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any pakgme branding or trademarks in any third-party context without express written permission; or scrape, crawl, or index any part of the Platform using automated tools.
9.3 Game content available on the pakgme Casino is provided under licence from the respective game developers. All proprietary rights to such game content remain with the respective developers and their licensors.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgme's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 pakgme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.3 pakgme shall not be responsible for any service interruptions, loss of access, or game resolution errors caused by: (a) Player-side internet or device failures; (b) force majeure events including acts of God, governmental action, telecommunications failure, or civil unrest; (c) third-party payment provider outages or processing errors.
11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pakgme makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components, to the extent such representations are not required by mandatory applicable law.
12.1 pakgme reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a Player breach of these Terms, pakgme reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including verifiable deposits, where such forfeiture is legally permissible and proportionate to the nature of the breach.
12.3 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach — such as regulatory action affecting service availability — any verified Account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
13.1 In the event of a dispute concerning a bet settlement, game outcome, promotional credit, or Account action, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to pakgme customer support via the live chat facility or by email to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including relevant transaction IDs, dates, and game references.
13.2 pakgme will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require additional investigation time, in which case the Player will be notified of the expected resolution timeline.

13.4 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakgme holds its gaming licence. Players submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in connection with any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the Player's country of residence.

14.2 Where changes to the Terms are material — meaning they materially affect a Player's rights or obligations — pakgme will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
